General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of WUNDERGLAS

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (B2C) via our online shop. Sales are made within Germany and Europe.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the customer receives an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices include statutory VAT. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card
    Payment is exclusively by prepayment (Prepayment Only).

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship with DHL Deutsche Post. Shipping is available within Germany and Europe. Delivery time is 4-5 days.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

  • The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

  • In the event of a refund, the original shipping fee will not be reimbursed.

7. Warranty and Liability
A statutory warranty period of 2 years applies to manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty is only valid if the product is defective upon arrival, but not after use.

8. Applicable Law
German law applies. No specific place of jurisdiction is defined.

9. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
