Where is Wunderglas?

Wunderglas is a Cologne based webshop.

Where are the orders shipped from?

All the orders are shipped directly from Germany. No drop shipping from overseas, no long waiting time, easy returns.

Are the sunglasses UV protected?

Yes, all of Wunderglas sunglasses are UV protected.

How can I return an item?

Would you like to return an item? Too bad:( If you are not satisfied with the order, you have 14 days after receiving the product to return for any reason. For our full return policy, click here.

Can I return sale items?

Yes, you can return sale items. However, there is no cash refund for the sale items. If you'd like to return a sale item, this includes also promo codes, we will refund you the spent amount as store credit, which you can use for 1 year.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Paypal and credit card.

Are there any additional costs to my order?

There is no hidden or additional cost in Wunderglas. Since we ship from Germany to EU region only, there is no chance for any additional customs cost either.

What is included in the package?

With every sunglasses you ordered, you will receive a cool felt case and a cleaning cloth.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship from Germany, within Germany and also to whole EU region. For shipment costs, you can check here.

Can I track my order?

In order to be able to provide free shipment service, we do not provide tracking information. All shipments are done securely via DHL and delivery is done within 2-4 days in Germany and 5-8 days in other EU countries.

The item I would like to purchase is sold out. What shall I do?

We restock most of the items regularly. Just click the waitlist button on the exact product page. You will be automatically informed once the product is in stock again.
